Your money, your account
Payments go to your UPI ID. The tenant taps "I have paid" with the UTR; on Android, Kirayo can match the bank's "money received" alert so you confirm nothing by hand.

Every property gets its own web address, like yourpg.kirayo.in, where you and your managers log in from any phone or laptop.
Managers, with limits
Give your warden a separate login. Decide if they see money at all. Switch them off in one tap.

Questions owners ask us
Does Kirayo take a cut of my rent?
No. Tenants pay into your own UPI ID or bank account. Kirayo records and confirms the payment; it never touches the money.
What if a tenant has no smartphone, or pays cash?
Record the payment yourself in the owner app: cash, UPI or bank transfer, full or part. The receipt still goes out on WhatsApp.
How do reminders work?
Tenants get a Kirayo notification 3 days before, 1 day before and on the due date, then every day until they pay. You can also send a ready-written WhatsApp reminder to everyone who is late with one tap each.
Can I bring my existing Excel register?
Yes. Upload the sheet; Kirayo reads names, phones, rooms and rent, and shows you what it found before anything is saved.
Is the e-Aadhaar ID check legal and safe?
It uses UIDAI's own signed PDF, which the tenant downloads and shares with consent. Only masked Aadhaar is accepted, so the full number is never stored.

Is my data safe?
Data is stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services, every property is kept separate, and only you, your managers and each tenant (for their own stay) can see it. You can delete your account any time.
