Email us from the email address used for your Kirayo account. Include “Delete my Kirayo account” and, if known, your property code. We will verify the request by replying to that address.
Your sign-in account, active membership, contact details, push token, uploaded identity files and other personal profile data are deleted or de-identified after verification. If you own a property, we will first confirm how active tenancies should be handed over or closed.
Payment, tax, tenancy, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained for up to eight years where Indian law or a live dispute requires it. Access is restricted and the records are deleted or de-identified when that period ends.
